Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate department, and handle basic administrative tasks.
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.
  • Respond to inquiries about the company and provide basic information.
  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or in a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Forward the Calls to right department.
  • Gather the Information Correctly.(Client Name and Company Name)

Must Have

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher
  • Passion for software products
  • Perfect written English
  • Perfect Spoken English

  • Experience in writing Emails
  • B2B Chat Experience
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Attention to Detail
